Course and Exam Availability
Not all courses and workshops include associated labs or exams.
Club members must complete 100% of a course before requesting the next course and to be eligible for that course’s exam voucher.
CCISO students must meet eligibility requirements to challenge the CCISO exam.
Students who do not meet CCISO qualifications must take the ACCISO exam.
Membership Scope
Club membership applies only to EC-Council classes.
Membership does not include third-party or Hacker Halted classes.
Devices and Shipping
Devices such as drones or STORMs must be purchased separately at regular price.
Drones and STORMs ship only within the U.S.
Students outside the U.S. may attend drone workshops but must obtain a drone independently.
Course Version Updates
If a course version changes while your program is active, updated materials will be provided.
If a course version changes after your Club term has expired, an extension must be purchased to access the new version.
Club Term
The Club term is 12 months from the invoice date.
After the term expires, all courses will be deactivated.
Refund Policy
Refunds are granted only if:
A course has not been activated within the term.
The refund request is submitted during the term.
Requests received after the Club term will not be honored.
Lab Access
Lab access is valid for 6 months from the date a course is assigned.
Additional lab time can be added at no extra charge upon request.
Labs cannot be extended beyond the Club term.
Exam Policy
When the three included exams have been used, additional exams can be purchased at the discounted exam retake rate.
Renewal and Discounts
One-year renewal price for the Club is $999.
Discounts are not stackable.
License Terms
The Club is a single-user license.
Courses cannot be shared.
Membership is non-transferable.
